Are the classes and workshops refundable?
No, all classes and workshops are non-refundable. Once you have registered and paid for a class, we cannot process refunds. Please make sure to check your availability before signing up.
What if I cannot attend a class or workshop?
If you are unable to attend a class or workshop, don't worry! All sessions will be recorded and a copy will be sent to you. This way, you can watch the class at your convenience and not miss out on any valuable information.
How do I access the class recordings?
After the class, we will email you a link to the recording. Make sure to provide a valid email address during registration so you receive the recording promptly
What materials will I need for the classes and workshops?
Each class and workshop has its own list of required materials. Details will be provided in the class description, and we'll also send you a list of materials upon registration. You can purchase these materials from your preferred supplier or through the links we provide.
Do I need any prior experience to join the classes?
No prior experience is necessary for most of our classes and workshops. We offer sessions for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced crafters. Check the class descriptions for more information on the skill level required.
What if I have questions during the class?
I am available to answer your questions during the class. You can ask questions live or submit them via the chat feature if the class is conducted online.
Can I share the class recording with others?
The class recordings are intended for personal use only. Please do not share the recordings with others. If your friends or family are interested in the class, encourage them to sign up for future sessions.
