What’s Included:

Optional Upgrade:

Event Packages & Pricing:

  • Minimum Rental: Includes one phone for private bookings.
  • Customization Options: Personalize your sign and choose your phone style.
  • Travel Information: We are based in Central Texas, but can travel outside the area for an additional fee. Travel quotes are available upon request.
  • Booking Details:
    • Reservations must be made at least 1 week in advance.
    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
    • A signed contract is required, covering liability, damages, and cancellations.

Additional Information:

  • You can contact us via email or phone to confirm your event details before booking. We’ll follow up to ensure everything is perfect.
  • Additional custom features or extended rental periods are available for an extra charge—please inquire for a personalized quote.
  • For events outside of Williamson County, travel fees may apply, and a separate invoice will be provided.

Every item is handmade (Unless stated differently) and thus not every item will look exactly the same.

The design placement may vary slightly on your case because they are each handmade.

Please note that due to differences in computer settings, phone screens, and monitors, colors may appear different than the actual product.

Processing Time:

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be handcrafted and shipped. While most orders are shipped within 3 days, we provide a 3-5 day range to account for any unforeseen delays.

Large Orders (Wholesale, Party Bundles, etc.):

For large orders, please allow 5-12 business days for all items to be handmade and shipped. Although most large orders are completed within 7 days, we offer a 5-12 day range just in case.

Estimated Shipment Time:

Please be aware that UPS and USPS may occasionally experience delays in delivering packages, even for First Class and Priority shipping. While we strive to dispatch your order promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package is shipped.

Shipping times can vary, and postal service delays are beyond our control once the package is in transit.

  • USA packages: 2-12 business days
  • Canada packages: 10-15 business days
  • International packages: 2-4+ weeks, depending on the postal carrier and customs in your country. Customers are responsible for any potential import taxes.
