Refund Policy

The Crafting Lair is committed to providing quality handmade products, rentals, supplies, and crafting workshop experiences. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following refund and return terms:

1. Custom Orders

All sales of custom-made products are final and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details are correct at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Custom Orders

Non-custom, ready-made items may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item.

  • The item must be in unused, resalable condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was received in a damaged or defective state.

3. Party Rentals (Including Hat Bars and T-Shirt Bars)

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure all party rental services.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the event date to avoid being charged the remaining balance.

  • All rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Charges will apply for any missing, damaged, or excessively worn items.

4. Craft Workshops

  • All purchases for in-person and online workshops are final sale and non-refundable.

  • In-person workshop reservations may be rescheduled with at least 3 days’ notice prior to the scheduled class date.

  • Online workshops are classified as digital goods and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange once access is granted or materials are delivered.

5. Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

In the event an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact The Crafting Lair within 48 hours of delivery. The following must be submitted via email to support@thecraftinglair.com:

  • Order number;

  • Description of the issue;

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Upon verification, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion. Failure to provide required documentation within the specified time frame may result in denial of the claim.

7. Return Process

To initiate a return, exchange, or damage claim, contact:

Include your full name, order number, and a detailed explanation of your request. If applicable, include supporting photos or documentation.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by The Crafting Lair.


The Crafting Lair reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically for any updates or changes.
