Custom Orders

All sales on custom orders are FINAL. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom-made products. Please ensure all details provided for custom orders are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Non-Custom Orders

For non-custom, ready-made items, we offer the following refund policy:

  • Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your non-custom purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges for non-custom items are available within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs
