Our Custom Hat Bar is the perfect addition to any celebration, from birthdays and corporate parties to weddings and beyond! Located in Central Texas, we bring the fun and creativity to you, offering a hands-on experience where guests can design their very own personalized hats or beanies.
Whether you're hosting a small gathering or a large celebration, our Hat Bar is fully customizable to fit your needs. From a wide selection of premium hats and beanies to a variety of custom patches, pins, and chains, we make it easy and fun for your guests to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake they’ll cherish.
What’s Included:
- Custom Hat Station with a large variety of premium hats and beanies available for customization (Beanies count as one hat)
- A Huge Selection of Custom Patches to personalize each hat or beanie
- Onsite Staff to assist with creating and customizing hats for your guests
- 2 Tables with Linens and a hat shelf for a clean, professional setup
- Heat Press Application to securely apply patches (we just need a standard wall outlet)
- Custom Gift Bags to hold completed hats or beanies (included for free with a logo sticker on the front) or can be fully customized at an extra cost to fit your event theme
Event Packages & Pricing:
- Minimum 20 items (hats or beanies) for private bookings
- Choose between 3, 4, or 5 patches per item (pricing varies based on patch selection)
- Beanies count as one hat toward your total order of 20 items
- Pricing is tailored to your event’s size and location—please contact us for a custom quote
Travel Information:
- We are based in Central Texas, but can travel beyond—please inquire for a quote outside of Williamson County limits. Travel fees may apply.
Booking Details:
- Reservation must be made 1 week in advance
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- Deposit is non-refundable, and a signed contract is required for liability, damages, and cancellations.
Additional Information:
- Please email or call us to confirm event details before booking; we’ll follow up with you to ensure everything is in place.

Travel fees may apply if your event is outside of Williamson County—you’ll receive a separate invoice for travel if applicable.

Customization Options: Additional patches can be added for an extra charge (pricing varies depending on the number and type of patches selected). Pins and chains can also be added to hats or beanies for a more personalized touch, available at an additional cost.
- Our standard Hat Bar package includes up to 2 hours of fun and customization for your guests. If you'd like to extend the experience, we can offer up to 4 hours upon request. For events requiring more than 4 hours, please reach out for a personalized quote.

Every item is handmade (Unless stated differently) and thus not every item will look exactly the same.
The design placement may vary slightly on your case because they are each handmade.
Please note that due to differences in computer settings, phone screens, and monitors, colors may appear different than the actual product.

Processing Time:
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be handcrafted and shipped. While most orders are shipped within 3 days, we provide a 3-5 day range to account for any unforeseen delays.
Large Orders (Wholesale, Party Bundles, etc.):
For large orders, please allow 5-12 business days for all items to be handmade and shipped. Although most large orders are completed within 7 days, we offer a 5-12 day range just in case.
Estimated Shipment Time:
Please be aware that UPS and USPS may occasionally experience delays in delivering packages, even for First Class and Priority shipping. While we strive to dispatch your order promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package is shipped.
Shipping times can vary, and postal service delays are beyond our control once the package is in transit.
- USA packages: 2-12 business days
- Canada packages: 10-15 business days
- International packages: 2-4+ weeks, depending on the postal carrier and customs in your country. Customers are responsible for any potential import taxes.
