🌎 Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout the United States and select international locations. If you don't see your region listed at checkout, feel free to contact us!
📦 How long does shipping take?
Processing Time:
Handmade/custom items: 3–5 business days
Large or bulk orders: 5–12 business days
Estimated Delivery:
U.S.: 2–12 business days
Canada: 10–15 business days
International: 2–4+ weeks (dependent on customs)

🔍 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account to view your tracking info anytime.
🛍️ Can I cancel or return my order?
Cancellations:
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. However, if a custom order has already entered production — even within that 24-hour window — it cannot be cancelled.
Custom Orders:
All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all personalization details before checkout.
Ready-Made Products:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items that are unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💸 When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
🧾 What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll assess and either replace the item or issue a refund depending on the case.
💻 Digital Products
Are digital products refundable?
All digital downloads are final sale. Due to the instant-access nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
What if I didn’t receive my download?
Downloads are delivered via email immediately after purchase. If you didn't receive yours, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@thecraftinglair.com.

What’s your cancellation policy for rentals?
🧢 Hat & T-Shirt Bars:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the event to receive a refund on the remaining balance.
🎙️ Other Rentals (e.g., Audio Guest Book):
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the event to receive a refund on the remaining balance.
What if I return something damaged?
Rentals must be returned in the same condition received. Damage or missing parts may incur replacement or repair charges.
Do you deliver and set up rentals?
Yes! Delivery and setup are included for mobile Hat Bars and T-Shirt Bars within our service area. Contact us for logistics on other rentals.

Are workshops refundable?
All workshop sales are final due to the preparation and materials involved.
In-person workshops may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice.
Online workshops are digital and non-refundable, but can be rescheduled.
What’s included in a workshop?
In-person classes include all materials and one-on-one teaching.
Online workshops include digital guides or video access depending on the listing.
How long are workshops?
Most workshops are 1 to 2 hours long. We’ll tailor the project and pace to your group’s needs.
