Where do you ship to?
The Crafting Lair ships worldwide!
How long does shipping take?
Processing Time:
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be handcrafted and shipped. While most orders are shipped within 3 days, we provide a 3-5 day range to account for any unforeseen delays.
Large Orders (Wholesale, Party Bundles, etc.):
For large orders, please allow 5-12 business days for all items to be handmade and shipped. Although most large orders are completed within 7 days, we offer a 5-12 day range just in case.
Estimated Shipment Time:
Please be aware that UPS and USPS may occasionally experience delays in delivering packages, even for First Class and Priority shipping. While we strive to dispatch your order promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package is shipped.
Shipping times can vary, and postal service delays are beyond our control once the package is in transit.
- USA packages: 2-12 business days
- Canada packages: 10-15 business days
- International packages: 2-4+ weeks, depending on the postal carrier and customs in your country. Customers are responsible for any potential import taxes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package through the carrier's website. Additionally, if you have an account with us, you can log in to our online portal on our website to track your order directly. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

How do I cancel an item?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in processing or has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

How long does it take to process my return?
If you wish to return an item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Returns can take 3-5 days to process in our systems, typically faster.
