Want to add some creative flair to your next celebration? Our Custom T-Shirt Bar is the perfect activity for any event, from birthdays and corporate parties to school events and weddings! Located in Central Texas, we bring the fun to you with a hands-on experience where your guests can design and create their own personalized t-shirts or tote bags.

Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a large party, our T-Shirt Bar offers a variety of options to suit your needs. With a wide selection of shirt sizes, colors, and designs, each guest can create their own unique keepsake in just a few minutes. We even offer custom-designed binders to make your celebration stand out even more!

What’s Included:

• Custom T-Shirt Station with a variety of sizes and colors to choose from:
  • Adult sizes from Small to 3XL
  • Youth sizes customizable from 2T to Youth XL (mixed adult and youth sizes allowed—just let us know)
• A Huge Selection of Designs to choose from, available in various binders:
  • Holiday Binder
  • Western Binder
  • Sports Binder
  • Miscellaneous Binder (with a wide variety of designs for any occasion)
• Custom Design Options:
  • We can create a custom binder with your own unique designs tailored specifically for your event (additional charge for custom binders).
• Onsite Pressing: We’ll press your design onto your t-shirt or tote bag on-site, and your custom creation will be ready in just a few minutes!
• Tote Bags: Instead of a t-shirt, your guests can choose a tote bag to customize at the same price as the t-shirt.
• Sweatshirts are also available for an additional cost (please inquire for pricing).
• Custom Gift Bags: We offer gift bags to hold completed shirts or totes (included for free with a logo sticker on the front). We can also fully customize the gift bags to match your event theme for an additional charge.

Customization Options:

• Custom Binders: We can design a custom binder with your unique event designs (additional charge for custom binders).

Event Packages & Pricing:

• Minimum 20 items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, or tote bags) for private bookings
• Choose between various designs, and we’ll help guide your guests through the selection process
• Mixed Sizes: We can accommodate mixed adult and youth sizes—just let us know your requirements
• Pricing is customized based on the number of items and travel location—please contact us for a custom quote

Travel Information:

• We are based in Central Texas, but we can travel beyond—please inquire for a quote outside of Williamson County limits. Travel fees may apply.

Booking Details:

• Reservation must be made 1 week in advance
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• Deposit is non-refundable, and a signed contract is required for liability, damages, and cancellations.

Additional Information:

• Please email or call us to confirm event details before booking; we’ll follow up with you to ensure everything is in place.
• Travel fees may apply if your event is outside of Williamson County—you’ll receive a separate invoice for travel if applicable.
• Our standard T-Shirt Bar package includes up to 2 hours of fun and customization for your guests. If you'd like to extend the experience, we can offer up to 4 hours upon request. For events requiring more than 4 hours, please reach out for a personalized quote.
